À PROPOS D' DANIELE PONZO
Daniele Ponzo

Helping IT & Tech professionals communicate confidently in English for international careers, leadership roles, and high-stakes conversations.

After 13 years in IT and international environments, I know how frustrating it feels to have the technical skills but struggle to express them clearly in meetings, interviews, presentations, or client calls.

Today, I combine my IT background with 8 years of English coaching to help non-native professionals sound more confident, credible, and senior in global environments.

My work focuses on practical communication for tech professionals:
• Meetings, presentations, and interviews
• Clear and natural business English
• Confidence under pressure
• Real-life IT scenarios and communication

I’m also the author of Easy English for IT and the host of The Non-Native Leader podcast.

My goal is simple: help talented professionals stop overthinking English and start communicating with clarity, confidence, and impact.

HISTOIRES DE SUCCÈS

Alex

Product Manager

He had one belief that was holding him back: he could never work for an American company because everyone there spoke English. He went through the program. He applied anyway. He got the role at a multinational.

Michele

Senior software engineer

Michele came back after 2 weeks having done the thing he had never been able to do before. He asked his Irish manager for a meeting, walked in, and shared the idea he'd been sitting on. Two weeks in.

Tommaso

senior software developer

Tommaso was shy, overthinking, spinning in circles before every conversation. A few weeks into the programme, he learned the tools to stay calm while speaking. He walked into a job interview and he got the job.
